Blue Minicipalities 2024

World Wish Day, on April 29th is a milestone for Make-A-Wish, as it is the anniversary of the day the first wish was granted, the wish of Chris in 1980. This day is celebrated in 50 countries around the world in a unique -and in some cases spectacular- way. In Greece we had the support of more than 93 Municipalities that lightened up a historical monument or a milestone of their towns for the celebration!

Walk for Wishes 2024

👟 This year, at the initiative of wish families, the annual walk of Make-A-Wish Greece will be held in other cities around Greece, apart from Athens. The walks will be at night so that we can light up the Greek sky, in the blue color of Make-A-Wish! Find out more in the article and join us!

On World Cancer Day, Make-A-Wish Greece and KARKINAKI join forces, opening a public discussion on cancer stereotypes and the inequalities experienced by those who have been through it.
