Make-A-Wish (Make-A-Wish Greece) is organizing consecutive walks in 14 cities in Greece, the Walk for Wishes 2025, from April 26 to May 3. Learn more and participate!

Konstantine Antonopoulos is the first person to bear the cost of all the wishes that were without a sponsor on the day he called the fairy office, thus ensuring the granting of 91 wishes and the uninterrupted continuation of our work.
Fairies and elves, families and wish kids, volunteers and friends of the organization “joined” in 15 symbolic walks, all coming together to be part of this nationwide initiative. They walked the road of wishes and lit up the sky, spreading hope and love for a brighter future.
World Wish Day, on April 29th is a milestone for Make-A-Wish, as it is the anniversary of the day the first wish was granted, the wish of Chris in 1980. This day is celebrated in 50 countries around the world in a unique -and in some cases spectacular- way. In Greece we had the support of more than 93 Municipalities that lightened up a historical monument or a milestone of their towns for the celebration!
This year, at the initiative of wish families, the annual walk of Make-A-Wish Greece will be held in other cities around Greece, apart from Athens. The walks will be at night so that we can light up the Greek sky, in the blue color of Make-A-Wish! Find out more in the article and join us!
On Tuesday, March 12, Make-A-Wish Greece invites you for the 3rd consecutive year to the Megaron Athens Concert Hall, TRIANTI Hall, for the annual Thank You Night – an evening of gratitude, emotions, and reflection.
Cancer has passed. Several years may have passed. Then what? On World Cancer Day, Make-A-Wish Greece and KARKINAKI join forces, opening a public discussion on cancer stereotypes and the inequalities experienced by those who have been through it. Therefore, on February 15, we invite you to discuss meaningful issues with young survivors that concern all of us!

On Saturday 23rd of September, the Family Fun Day of Make-A-Wish Greece took place in an atmosphere of deep emotion. On the occasion of the 20th birthday of Allou! Fun Park, more than 340 members of the organization’s extended family, wish kids with their families, had fun all day, without any restrictions!

Thank You Night is Make-A-Wish Greece’s celebration of gratitude for everyone that stood by our side the last few months, with selflessness and love. This year, in the upcoming Thank You Night, wish parents and children will reveal us the “clear skies” coming after the “pause” and “restart” phase they had to go through.
