I wish to meet Sonic the Hedgehog – G., 6

G. had only one wish: to meet his favourite hero, Sonic the Hedgehog! Our fairies worked with their magical powers and our friend was in for a super encounter with Sonic.

The two met up and watched one of Sonic’s movies together. Afterwards, they spent some time together talking and asking each other questions so they could become best friends. Sonic was very happy that he made a new good friend that he told G. that every time he sees a blue light, it will be him passing by very quickly and protecting him. They exchanged friendship shirts and other presents and had a good time while playing together. G. was absolutely enthralled! Later that night on his way back home, he saw a blue police beacon light and he immediately told his mother: “Sonic sent his blue light!”. The next day, when he went to the hospital, he was telling everyone that he had met Sonic!

Because his health condition didn’t allow him to play and run with Sonic as he had dreamed of, his fairy recruited other fairies and elves and they all prepared a surprise for him.

When G. finished his therapies and he was ready to compete against his favourite hero, several fairies and elves were waiting for him at a special place where they all played and had a good time together. Out of the blue, Sonic appeared with his high speed! G. was now able to enjoy playing together with him! This celebration lasted for hours and ended in the best possible way: G’s large smile and his mother’s thanking us all for these beautiful carefree moments that the whole family needed after all they had gone through!
