I wish to have a PC – A., 13

A. described the day his wish was granted as “the best day of his life”. One day it all began with a wonderful trip to Thessaloniki for him and his closest friends. A. is a very active teenager who loves sports, technology and cars. He had never owned a good computer and it was something he truly needed for his studies, as well for playing his favorite games online. When he found out that he too could make a wish, he was very happy and realized his dream would come true. So, when it was time to state his wish, he very excitedly wished for a new computer.

His fairy, though, had concluded through their conversations with A. that besides the computer, he also needed to have a good and careless time with his friends. It was easy to see that it was equally as important that he experienced new things, while at the same time taking a break from his everyday difficulties.

And so, their fun day began with A. and his friends visiting a special area for interactive games, where they all played football together and had a blast. Afterwards, they all went to the go-kart track, where speed excited them so much that they had a hard time leaving. The surprises were not over yet; when they reached the pier, a large pirate ship was expecting them for a ride on Thermaic Gulf! Everyone was amazed and they were having a blast!

After their fun rides and games, it was time for a meal and one more surprise; the biggest one of them all! His brand-new computer was waiting for him! A. started opening all the packages with eagerness and joyfulness. As he tore up each package he revealed accessories, new computer peripherals and more gifts. His whole face gleamed with happiness! This special day came to an end with a beautiful stroll on Thessaloniki’s pier. His wish had been granted in the sweetest and most beautiful way.
