In Make-A-Wish we are here to grant wishes that have the power to transform the lives of children with critical illnesses. A wish is an inherent part of the healing journey, giving them the physical and emotional strength they need to go through their illness.
One of those children, K., wished to attend one of the biggest football events, the Champions League final, which took place in Istanbul this year. His wish journey had already begun.
He had the chance to explore the city and famous sights before the big game. He was also one of the very few that got to see the winning cup itself! The atmosphere in the stadium and the fans created an intense and unique experience.
He took many photos in the location of the event, he received a lot of presents from one of the sponsors and also from the organizers of Champions league. An unforgettable experience that he will always remember for the rest of his life, as he told us himelf!
